Our fees

Each individual client has a different set of needs and each move is unique - the fees charged will vary from client to client.

As part of our initial discussions we will provide you with a clear estimate for our service. You choose and only pay for what you need - whether that be an hour or 30 hours support.

We will clearly specify the cost for each element of the support required. We charge an hourly rate or can develop an all-inclusive package for you. We will supply a contract and our terms and conditions. In some cases we may ask for a deposit towards our work and will agree invoicing terms with you at the outset.

Remember that you will need to budget for the payment of services including estate agents, legal fees, removals etc. Our plan will clearly set out those services that you will need to pay direct.
